Graduate Student

I received my BS in Microbiology from University of Michigan in 2015, and my MPH with a concentration in Epidemiology of Microbial Diseases from Yale University School of Public Health in 2017. I joined the Chakravarti lab at 2019 as a PhD candidate for my thesis work focused on population genomics of rare diseases.

My research interest is to identify epigenetic elements contributing to gene regulatory networks and disease susceptibility in target populations, using multi-disciplinary methods from epidemiology, bioinformatics and biostatistics.
